Pre-Trib Research Center: Taking Reality Over Fantasy

Yesterday, I showed you the Pre-Trib Research Center. Their three stated reasons for existing all amounted to testable claims, and all three turned out to be true only in the short term and only with adherents who took that game way too seriously. As I wrote about these guys, my mind kept returning to one central idea: how much better and easier my life’s been since I rejected my previous foundation of false beliefs and now fully embrace reality instead.

Christianese 101: Greg Locke, False Prophet Edition

Today, I want to show you one of these false prophets, Greg Locke. He girded himself with Christianese in hopes of providing himself with plausible deniability. His predictions failed spectacularly, thankfully. However, his use of Christianese to do it caught my interest. Let me show you what he said, what it meant, and how cowards like him use this jargon to try to escape the consequences of their constant strings of failures.

Yesterday, I showed you the story of Kimbyrleigha, a social media influencer who did videos criticizing MLMs before joining one. In addition to joining one of these predatory schemes, she offers her fellow multi-level marketing scheme (MLM) participants a coaching service. In this decision, she joins a massive trend in the declining MLM industry: scavengers seeking to make a buck before the gravy train makes its last stop in town. Today, let me show you these scavengers — and how the scavenging trend relates to other declining industries.
